Opus Cart Upsell Cart Drawer vs Upsell & Cross Sell — Selleasyfor Shopify (2026)
Opus Cart Upsell Cart Drawer and Upsell & Cross Sell — Selleasy are both Shopify apps designed to increase Average Order Value (AOV) through upsells and cross-sells. Opus positions itself as a comprehensive cart customization tool, going beyond basic upsells to offer features like free gifts, reward bars, urgency timers, and abandoned cart analytics, aiming to turn the cart into a 'revenue-generating engine.' Selleasy's strength lies in its focused approach to providing strategically placed upsells and cross-sells, particularly after the initial purchase, and is better for merchants who want to augment conversions more simply with product-oriented addon promotion.. Both apps aim to be code-free, making them accessible to merchants without extensive technical expertise.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive cart optimization solution with a wide array of features beyond just upsells and cross-sells, Opus Cart Upsell Cart Drawer is the better choice. Its reward bars, urgency timers, and abandoned cart analytics offer a broader approach to increasing AOV and recovering lost sales. However, for merchants primarily focused on strategically placed one-click upsells, especially post-purchase and those operating in multiple languages and currencies, Upsell & Cross Sell — Selleasy is more suitable. While it has a slightly lower rating, the significantly higher number of reviews suggests a broader user base and potentially greater real-world testing.
Selleasy is more suited for merchants who want a simpler, product-focused approach to upselling in key areas without diving deep into overall cart behavioral design, while Opus excels for those who want to micro-optimize the cart experience to drive conversion.
