Order Returns | easyReturns vs Parcel Panel Order Trackingfor Shopify (2026)
Order Returns | easyReturns and Parcel Panel Order Tracking, while both falling under the 'Orders' category on Shopify, address distinct aspects of the post-purchase customer experience. easyReturns focuses specifically on streamlining and managing the return process for both merchants and customers. Its strength lies in providing an integrated, customizable return portal with automated workflows and label generation. This targets merchants seeking to improve return efficiency and customer satisfaction by making returns easier to initiate and manage. Parcel Panel Order Tracking, on the other hand, concentrates on providing order tracking visibility for customers, reducing WISMO (Where Is My Order?) inquiries and enhancing customer communication. Our Verdict
The choice between Order Returns | easyReturns and Parcel Panel Order Tracking depends heavily on the merchant's specific needs. If a merchant is struggling with a high volume of returns, complex return policies, or desires a branded returns experience, Order Returns | easyReturns is the clear winner. Its automation features and customizable portal are designed to streamline the entire return process.
However, if a merchant's primary concern is reducing 'Where Is My Order?' inquiries and proactively keeping customers informed about their order's delivery status, Parcel Panel Order Tracking is the more suitable choice. Its focus on order tracking provides immediate value by increasing transparency and reducing the burden on customer support. While easyReturns may *indirectly* reduce WISMO by providing return tracking, Parcel Panel addresses the issue directly and is likely more effective for that specific purpose. For a business aiming for proactive customer service and order visibility, Parcel Panel is the stronger choice.
