OrderArmor Shipping Protection vs Zoorix: Bundles & Cross Sellfor Shopify (2026)
OrderArmor Shipping Protection and Zoorix: Bundles & Cross Sell are both Shopify apps focused on increasing revenue via upsells, but they address fundamentally different aspects of the customer journey. OrderArmor centers on mitigating shipping risks by offering a proprietary shipping protection program. This aims to increase revenue by offering protection fees and reducing losses from damaged, lost, or stolen shipments. Merchants using OrderArmor keep the protection fees and boost profits when claims are minimal, effectively creating a new revenue stream by managing their own shipping protection instead of relying on third-party insurance. Zoorix, on the other hand, focuses on maximizing Average Order Value (AOV) through volume discounts, cross-selling, and bundling strategies. It provides tools to implement tiered pricing, create product bundles (Mix & Match, Build a Box), and leverage AI to recommend relevant cross-sell offers on product pages and in the cart drawer. Zoorix’s key strength lies in facilitating larger orders by incentivizing customers to purchase more products per transaction through discounts and strategic product pairings. While OrderArmor aims to reduce loss and monetize risk, Zoorix aims to drive more purchases per customer interaction.

Our Verdict
OrderArmor Shipping Protection is ideal for merchants experiencing significant losses due to damaged, lost, or stolen shipments and are looking to manage their own shipping risk. The small number of reviews suggests it might be a newer app or cater to a very specific niche. The major appeal is maintaining control over the shipping protection program and generating profit when claims are minimal.
Zoorix: Bundles & Cross Sell is better suited for merchants with a diverse product catalog and are focused on maximizing AOV by encouraging customers to buy more items per order. The high rating and large number of reviews suggest it is a well-established and effective solution for implementing bundling and cross-selling strategies. The AI-powered features offer a degree of automation and personalization that may appeal to merchants looking for a more hands-off approach to AOV optimization. If your store thrives on volume sales, then Zoorix would likely be the stronger choice.
Common Questions
Can both apps be used simultaneously?
Yes, theoretically. OrderArmor focuses on shipping protection, and Zoorix on AOV via product bundles. However, careful consideration of customer experience and overlapping discounts is required.
Which app is easier to set up?
Both apps claim user-friendly setup. OrderArmor emphasizes no-code integration, while Zoorix highlights fast install. Without user testing, it's difficult to definitively say which is easier. Zoorix also supports multi-currency and multi-language which can make global setups easier.
Does OrderArmor provide actual insurance coverage?
No, OrderArmor explicitly states that it is not an insurance company and does not underwrite plans. Merchants are essentially creating their own protection program.
Is Zoorix suitable for merchants with a small product catalog?
Zoorix is generally more beneficial for merchants with a larger product catalog because bundles and cross-selling are more effective with a wider range of items to combine and recommend.
What happens if a customer purchases shipping protection with OrderArmor but also receives a volume discount with Zoorix, and the order is then lost?
The customer would first need to file a claim through the merchant's shipping protection program implemented via OrderArmor. The volume discount from Zoorix would not directly affect the claim process, but it would affect the net profit margin for the merchant when fulfilling any approved claim.
