Our Verdict
Parcel Panel Order Tracking, with its vast number of positive reviews, is likely the safer and more generally applicable choice for most Shopify merchants seeking a reliable order tracking solution. Its perfect rating and established user base suggest a well-developed and user-friendly experience. Ordertracker ‑ Track & Upsell, however, could be a better option for merchants who specifically need features like automatic masking of Chinese parcel tracking events or who prioritize in-depth delivery time analytics for a wider range of couriers. Merchants dealing specifically with products from China may appreciate the 'masking' feature.
