Outfy ‑ Social Media Auto Post vs Zoko: WhatsApp CRMfor Shopify (2026)
Outfy ‑ Social Media Auto Post and Zoko: WhatsApp CRM represent two distinct approaches to marketing for Shopify merchants. Outfy focuses on automating social media posting across various platforms, aiming to increase brand visibility and drive traffic through content distribution. It caters to merchants who want to streamline their social media marketing efforts and maintain a consistent online presence without manual posting. Zoko, on the other hand, provides a WhatsApp-centric CRM system, enabling merchants to manage customer communication, provide support, and drive sales directly through WhatsApp. It is ideal for businesses looking to leverage the power of conversational commerce and build closer relationships with their customers. The primary difference lies in the communication channel. Outfy emphasizes broadcasting content across multiple social media channels, while Zoko prioritizes direct, personalized communication through WhatsApp. The number of reviews suggests that Outfy may be more widely used, or has been available for a longer period, or has a broader appeal to a wider range of Shopify merchants. Both apps share the 'Marketing - Other' category designation on Shopify, suggesting their core functions fall outside the defined sub-categories but both support marketing in broader senses.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking to enhance their broad social media presence through automated content posting, Outfy ‑ Social Media Auto Post is likely the better choice. It simplifies managing multiple social media accounts and ensures consistent brand messaging. However, if a merchant prioritizes direct, personalized customer interaction and leverages WhatsApp as a key communication channel, Zoko: WhatsApp CRM is the superior option. It facilitates building stronger customer relationships and driving sales through real-time conversations.
Ultimately, the ideal app depends on the merchant's specific marketing strategy and target audience. If the business relies heavily on social media broadcasting and content marketing, Outfy will prove more beneficial. If the business relies on conversational commerce, customer support, and personal engagement, Zoko is the recommended choice.
