Parcel Panel Order Tracking vs Pipe17for Shopify (2026)
Parcel Panel Order Tracking and Pipe17 cater to vastly different segments of the Shopify merchant population. Parcel Panel Order Tracking, boasting a perfect 5/5 rating from nearly 2000 reviews, is likely positioned as a straightforward, user-friendly solution focused primarily on post-purchase order tracking visibility for customers. Its high rating and large number of reviews suggest ease of use and strong customer satisfaction within its intended scope. Pipe17, on the other hand, is explicitly targeted towards mid-market and enterprise DTC, POS, and B2B sellers, offering a comprehensive order management and integration platform. Pipe17's lower review count (19) but still respectable 4.9/5 rating suggests it is a newer solution, or possibly one with a smaller but highly engaged user base. It distinguishes itself with capabilities like connecting and automating complex B2B and DTC flows, holding/splitting/routing orders, and real-time updates to ERP systems. Its value proposition centers around scale, reliability, and automation, indicating a more robust and complex system aimed at solving broader order management challenges beyond just tracking.

Our Verdict
For the majority of Shopify merchants seeking a simple and effective solution for order tracking, Parcel Panel Order Tracking is the clear choice. Its high rating and extensive review count reflect a well-received and reliable service. Its simplicity makes it ideal for smaller businesses or those who don't require extensive order management features.
However, for larger, more complex businesses dealing with B2B, DTC, and POS channels, especially those needing integration with ERP systems and fulfillment centers, Pipe17 is the better option. While its review count is lower, its feature set directly addresses the needs of these businesses, providing automation, scale, and reduced fulfillment costs. The slightly lower rating might indicate a steeper learning curve or a more complex setup process, but the benefits in terms of efficiency and control are likely to outweigh these challenges for its target audience.
