Our Verdict
For merchants heavily focused on the post-purchase customer experience and minimizing order-related support inquiries, Parcel Panel Order Tracking is the clear choice. Its high rating and large user base suggest a reliable and effective solution for providing order tracking updates. However, if a merchant's primary need is to streamline their accounting processes, generate invoices and statements, and manage accounts receivable within Shopify, then PT2 ‑ Statement Printer is the more suitable option, despite the lower rating and smaller user base. Essentially, one app is for external customer order updates; the other is for internal financial administration.
