Our Verdict
Parcel Panel Order Tracking is the clear winner for merchants primarily concerned with providing a seamless post-purchase tracking experience to their customers. The app's high rating and substantial number of reviews suggest a proven track record of success and reliability. RetroOrder: Edit Orders, despite its potentially useful features for order date correction and customer address editing, lacks any social proof (no ratings or reviews) making it a riskier choice. It's suitable only for merchants with very specific needs to edit order dates and allow customer editing of shipping addresses, but should only be considered after extremely thorough vetting.
Common Questions
Which app is better for improving customer satisfaction?
Parcel Panel Order Tracking is likely better for improving customer satisfaction related to order delivery, as it provides tracking information and reduces anxiety about shipment status. RetroOrder might improve satisfaction if address corrections are frequent and prevent delivery issues.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Without direct experience, it's difficult to definitively say. However, Parcel Panel Order Tracking's high rating and many reviews suggest a user-friendly experience. RetroOrder claims to be easy-to-use, but the lack of reviews makes it harder to verify.
Which app reduces the number of customer support requests?
Parcel Panel Order Tracking directly addresses the common support requests related to 'Where is my order?', reducing the volume of inquiries. RetroOrder could indirectly reduce requests related to incorrect shipping addresses.
Which app allows customers to change their shipping address after checkout?
RetroOrder: Edit Orders explicitly allows customers to edit their shipping address after checkout. Parcel Panel Order Tracking does not offer this feature.
Is Parcel Panel Order Tracking risky to install on my store?
