Our Verdict
If your primary need is robust and well-regarded order tracking to improve the post-purchase customer experience, Parcel Panel Order Tracking is the clear choice, as indicated by its perfect rating and large number of reviews. It's a solid option for merchants who prioritize visibility and transparency for their customers' shipments.
On the other hand, if you require tools for efficient shipping label and commercial invoice generation, direct integration with multiple carrier accounts, support for multi-location inventory, and management of multiple Shopify stores from a single interface, Shipandco is the more suitable option. This is especially true for businesses with more complex shipping needs and a desire to streamline their internal shipping workflows. The lower rating compared to Parcel Panel Order Tracking suggests that there may be areas for improvement within Shipandco, but it still presents a powerful tool for managing a high volume of shipments.
