Parcel Panel Order Tracking vs S:Request a Quote & Hide Pricefor Shopify (2026)
Parcel Panel Order Tracking and S:Request a Quote & Hide Price, while both listed under the 'Orders' category on Shopify, address very different needs. Parcel Panel focuses on post-purchase order tracking, providing customers with real-time shipment updates and potentially enhancing the customer experience and reducing WISMO (Where Is My Order?) inquiries for merchants. In contrast, S:Request a Quote & Hide Price caters to businesses that require a flexible pricing strategy, allowing customers to request custom quotes for products and enabling merchants to negotiate prices on a case-by-case basis. The primary distinction lies in their target audience and core functionality. Parcel Panel serves a broader base of merchants who prioritize efficient order fulfillment and transparent communication regarding shipping. S:Request a Quote & Hide Price is specifically designed for businesses offering specialized products, large quantities, or services where pricing depends on specific customer needs and quantities, making it ideal for B2B sales, custom product businesses, or those selling high-value items. The large disparity in the number of reviews (1947 vs 109) suggests Parcel Panel has a significantly wider user base and a more established market presence, although the slightly lower rating of S:Request a Quote indicates those businesses who use it are overwhelmingly happy with the product.

S:Request a Quote & Hide Price is a niche tool best suited for businesses needing a flexible pricing model or operating in the B2B space. Which app is more relevant for B2C businesses?
Parcel Panel Order Tracking is more relevant for most B2C businesses that ship physical products, as order tracking is a standard expectation. S:Request a Quote & Hide Price could be relevant for B2C businesses selling high-value items or offering customized products, but Parcel Panel is the better all round solution.
Which app is more relevant for B2B businesses?
S:Request a Quote & Hide Price is more directly relevant for B2B businesses, as it provides a mechanism for negotiating prices and handling custom orders. Parcel Panel is still relevant to assist with the shipping of these orders.
