Parcel Panel Order Tracking vs TRACK718 Order Track & Emailfor Shopify (2026)
Parcel Panel Order Tracking and TRACK718 Order Track & Email both aim to help Shopify merchants provide order tracking information to their customers. Parcel Panel is a well-established app with a stellar 5/5 rating based on nearly 2000 reviews, suggesting high user satisfaction. Its specific feature set isn't detailed, but the high rating indicates a strong overall experience. Conversely, TRACK718 is a new or less popular app with no reviews and therefore no independent validation of its claims. Its strength lies in its integration with over 2000 carriers worldwide and its offer of unlimited free email push services and logistics data analysis. The key difference is the risk associated with each choice. Parcel Panel offers a proven solution with significant social proof, while TRACK718 is an unproven quantity, albeit with the potential for significant cost savings due to its 'free' services and potentially broader carrier support. Merchants prioritizing a reliable, well-reviewed solution will likely gravitate towards Parcel Panel, while those willing to experiment with a potentially buggier or less polished app to access wider carrier support and free features might consider TRACK718.

Our Verdict
For established businesses with a high volume of orders and a focus on customer satisfaction, Parcel Panel's proven track record makes it a safer choice. The significant number of positive reviews indicates a reliable and user-friendly experience. However, for smaller startups or merchants operating on a tight budget and needing support for a wide range of global carriers, TRACK718 could be a worthwhile gamble. The free email push service and logistics analysis are attractive features, but it's crucial to carefully test the app's functionality and customer support before fully committing. Ultimately, the best choice depends on a merchant's individual needs, risk tolerance, and the importance they place on established reliability versus potential cost savings.
Common Questions
Which app is better for a small business?
It depends on the business's priorities. If budget is the biggest constraint, TRACK718's 'free' features are attractive, but Parcel Panel's reliability might be worth the investment for avoiding customer service issues.
Does TRACK718 actually support 2000+ carriers?
The app description claims to support 2000+ carriers. However, with no reviews, there's no independent verification of this claim. Merchants should confirm compatibility with their specific carriers before committing to the app.
Is Parcel Panel more user-friendly than TRACK718?
Based on the reviews, Parcel Panel is likely more user-friendly, but we don't know the user experience of TRACK718 due to lack of reviews. The lack of ratings also suggests that setup and installation are not easy to set up for most merchants.
Are there hidden costs associated with TRACK718's 'free' features?
It's possible there could be limitations or future costs associated with TRACK718's free services. Carefully review the app's terms of service and monitor your usage to ensure you aren't incurring unexpected charges.
Which app provides better customer support?
We cannot assess the quality of TRACK718's customer support due to the absence of reviews. Parcel Panel's high rating suggests its customer support is at least adequate, as poor support would likely result in lower ratings.
