Our Verdict
The choice between Parcel Panel Order Tracking and Yagi Address Edit Helper depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs. If the primary goal is to enhance the post-purchase experience with comprehensive order tracking and reduce 'where's my order' inquiries, Parcel Panel Order Tracking is the clear choice, backed by a large user base and positive reviews. On the other hand, if the merchant is struggling with a high volume of customer support requests related to address changes and wants to empower customers to self-manage these changes, Yagi Address Edit Helper is the more suitable option, despite its limited number of reviews. Some larger merchants might consider using *both* to provide a complete post-purchase experience: robust tracking AND address self-service.
