Our Verdict
Based on the limited data available, Partialy ‑ Partial Payment COD appears to be a more mature and feature-rich solution for merchants specifically interested in partial payments, deposits, and advanced COD management. Its positive rating and existing reviews provide some level of confidence in its functionality and user experience. PayTomorrow Messaging, without any reviews or a clear description, is difficult to assess. It may eventually be a useful app, but currently there is no evidence to support that.
For merchants prioritizing managing COD fees and deposits, Partialy is the clear choice. If PayTomorrow Messaging offers a different feature, the lack of information makes it impossible to compare and make any recommendations. Merchants might consider PayTomorrow Messaging once more information and reviews are available, but should favor Partialy given the data we have.
