Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on improving their store's SEO, particularly through structured data markup, and providing a clear navigational hierarchy, PH Breadcrumbs is the recommended choice. Its key strength lies in automatically generating SEO-friendly breadcrumbs based on the menu structure. However, the relatively low number of reviews compared to Power Tools Filter Menu should be considered.
If the primary goal is to enhance the on-site shopping experience and increase conversion rates by enabling customers to easily filter and find the products they need, Power Tools Filter Menu is the better option. It provides a robust filtering system that caters to diverse product catalogs. While its rating is slightly lower than PH Breadcrumbs, the significantly higher number of reviews suggests broader adoption and a more established track record.
