Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a simple and readily deployable solution to offer immediate customer support and generate sales inquiries through phone calls or WhatsApp chats, Phoneize: Call+WhatsApp Button appears to be the better choice, particularly given its perfect rating, although the low number of reviews is a factor to consider. Its 'no coding' installation and ease of customization are also attractive. Qatch, lacking reviews, is better suited for merchants specifically seeking a proactive SMS marketing strategy with a focus on personalized recommendations and retargeting. It requires more in-depth setup and commitment to managing SMS campaigns effectively. Without reviews or user data, assessing Qatch's effectiveness and value is difficult.
