Our Verdict
If you are a smaller shop that is looking for a dead-simple way to collect support tickets, integrate it with Zendesk and other tools, and just want a lightweight solution, POWR: Customer Support Request may be a good fit for your needs. It is, however, important to note that the app is brand new and has no reviews to go on.
UserLoop Surveys & Feedback is the superior app, and for many shops should be strongly considered over POWR.
