Predis‑ Social Media Auto Post vs Zoko: WhatsApp CRMfor Shopify (2026)
Predis‑ Social Media Auto Post and Zoko: WhatsApp CRM, while both listed under 'Marketing - Other' in the Shopify app store, address fundamentally different marketing needs. Predis focuses on automating social media posting, streamlining a merchant's social media presence and potentially saving time on content scheduling and distribution. Its strength lies in automating aspects of organic social media marketing. In contrast, Zoko offers WhatsApp CRM capabilities, aiming to enhance customer communication and relationship management via WhatsApp, a popular messaging platform. Its strength is direct customer engagement and support through a personal channel. The key difference lies in the communication channel. Predis helps manage brand visibility across various social media platforms, while Zoko centralizes customer interactions within WhatsApp. A merchant choosing between them is essentially choosing between improving broad social media reach versus deepening customer relationships through direct messaging. Considering the difference in review counts, Zoko, despite having a slightly lower rating, has significantly more reviews, suggesting a larger and potentially more diverse user base, and more maturity in the market.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a consistent and automated social media presence, Predis‑ Social Media Auto Post appears to be a strong contender. Its higher rating, although based on fewer reviews, suggests a positive user experience for social media scheduling. It's suited for businesses looking to expand brand awareness through organic social media efforts.
However, for merchants heavily invested in direct customer communication and personalized support, Zoko: WhatsApp CRM is the better choice. While its rating is slightly lower, the significantly larger number of reviews suggests a more established and feature-rich platform. Zoko is ideal for businesses aiming to build stronger customer relationships, provide quick support, and drive sales through personalized WhatsApp interactions.
