PriceMate – Make An Offer vs Quick Quotefor Shopify (2026)
PriceMate – Make An Offer and Quick Quote both address dynamic pricing on Shopify, but cater to different merchant needs and customer interactions. PriceMate focuses on direct negotiation and haggling, allowing customers to propose prices on individual product listings. This promotes an active bargaining experience, appealing to shoppers seeking deals and potentially increasing sales through negotiation. Quick Quote, on the other hand, streamlines quote requests from the cart page. It is designed for situations where customers need customized pricing based on multiple items or specific requests, facilitating complex orders or bulk purchases. Our Verdict
Quick Quote is better suited for merchants dealing with complex orders, bulk purchases, or specialized services where individualized pricing is required. The higher number of reviews and perfect rating suggest it is a reliable and well-received option for this purpose. Conversely, PriceMate – Make An Offer targets merchants who want to engage customers in a more dynamic haggling experience. If you sell products where negotiation is common or desired, PriceMate's automated offer management and multi-language support make it attractive. If your priority is simplicity and streamlined quote management for large orders, Quick Quote is the stronger choice. If you want a unique shopping experience and are comfortable with a smaller (but still good) review count, PriceMate is worth trying.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Based on the descriptions, Quick Quote appears straightforward since it integrates with the existing Shopify cart. PriceMate, requiring button embedding and negotiation logic setup, might involve a slightly steeper initial setup, even with post-installation support.
Can customers negotiate the price of multiple items with PriceMate?
The description focuses on individual product listings, so it is implied that the negotiation happens one product at a time. For negotiating bulk items or an entire cart, Quick Quote is more appropriate.
Which app provides better tracking of quote requests?
Quick Quote explicitly features quote status tracking within the app admin, while PriceMate doesn't mention built-in tracking features for customer offers beyond email notifications.
If I sell internationally, which app is better?
PriceMate – Make An Offer offers multi-currency support which is a clear advantage. Quick Quote doesn't specify whether it supports multiple currencies.
Which app is more suited for B2B sales?
Given its focus on cart-based quotes and discount application, Quick Quote appears better suited for B2B scenarios where volume discounts and negotiated pricing are common. PriceMate may still have a role for single products with unique value or customisation potential.
