PricePanda ‑ Price Per Unit vs WBL ‑ Time Based Discountsfor Shopify (2026)
PricePanda ‑ Price Per Unit and WBL ‑ Time Based Discounts address distinct needs within the Shopify pricing category. PricePanda focuses on pricing transparency, particularly for wholesale or bulk goods, by displaying price per unit on product and collection pages. Its strength lies in helping merchants build trust with customers and increase sales by clearly showing the value of products sold in variable quantities, sets, or bulk. It targets merchants selling items like groceries, fabrics, or hardware where unit price clarity is crucial. WBL ‑ Time Based Discounts, on the other hand, appears to be an app designed to implement discounts based on time, but lacks any user reviews or detailed description. The primary difference between the two apps lies in their core functionality and market validation. PricePanda offers a concrete solution for unit price display with multiple positive reviews and a clear value proposition of increased transparency and sales for wholesale products. WBL, despite its name, lacks reviews and a detailed description, which makes it difficult to assess its strengths, target audience, or even confirm its time-based discounting capabilities. Without user feedback or a clear feature set, it's challenging to understand its offering or compare it fairly to PricePanda.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking to enhance pricing transparency and boost sales of wholesale or bulk goods by displaying unit prices, PricePanda ‑ Price Per Unit is the clear choice. Its positive reviews, no-code setup, and clear value proposition make it a reliable option. Given the lack of information and user feedback for WBL ‑ Time Based Discounts, it is impossible to recommend it, as its functionality and reliability are unproven. Merchants looking for a time-based discount app should research other options with positive reviews and detailed feature descriptions.
