Our Verdict
Given the available data, Search & Discovery ‑ Visely appears to be a safer choice for most merchants due to its significantly higher rating and substantial number of reviews. Its focus on improving search relevancy and filtering offers a tangible and immediate benefit, particularly for stores with large catalogs. If a merchant prioritizes personalized product recommendations and education and is willing to take a risk on a new app with no reviews, Product Picked might be worth exploring.
Ultimately, Search & Discovery ‑ Visely suits merchants who want to ensure customers can quickly find what they're looking for, while Product Picked is designed for those needing to actively guide customers through product selection with personalized recommendations. The lack of any user reviews or data points for Product Picked makes it a difficult recommendation currently. It's best to wait for more user feedback before considering it.
