Our Verdict
For merchants primarily selling directly to consumers (B2C) and whose products benefit from allowing customers to try samples, Product Samples by Luke is the clear winner. Its established reputation, positive reviews, and focus on boosting sales through sampling make it a compelling option. Request Quote ‑ Opal Infotech is more suitable for businesses handling custom orders, bulk requests, or B2B sales where individual price quotes are necessary. However, given the complete lack of reviews, merchants should approach it with caution and thoroughly test its functionality before relying on it. Further investigation into Opal Infotech’s reputation and other app offerings is highly recommended before trusting them with business-critical quotation functionality.
