Our Verdict
For merchants selling standard products who want to boost sales, reduce returns, and ensure customer satisfaction by allowing customers to 'try before they buy,' Product Samples by Luke is the clear choice. The strong rating and existing reviews suggest a positive user experience and proven functionality. It provides a straightforward way to offer samples and ensure product suitability.
However, if your business revolves around custom or bulk orders and requires a negotiation phase to determine pricing, WBL - Request a Quote is the more suitable option, despite the lack of reviews. The app's focus on quote management and personalized offers caters directly to complex B2B sales processes where direct interaction and custom pricing are essential. While the absence of ratings/reviews necessitates caution, it addresses a niche need that Product Samples by Luke does not.
