ProWebSms Business Messaging might be preferred by merchants who require broader reach through SMS notifications, particularly if their team members aren't always active on Slack or if SMS is a critical channel for time-sensitive alerts. However, without specific feature details for ProWebSms Business Messaging, Ting ‑ Slack Notifications appears to offer a more comprehensive and customizable solution for staff notifications and order tracking, assuming Slack is the primary communication tool.
