Pulse NPS, Surveys & Feedback vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
Pulse NPS, Surveys & Feedback and Zigpoll Customer Surveys both aim to help Shopify merchants gather and analyze customer feedback to improve their business. However, they appear to target different segments and offer varying levels of sophistication. Pulse NPS positions itself as an enterprise-level solution with a focus on multichannel deployment (web, email, SMS, apps, in-store) and real-time, proactive feedback management fueled by NLP analysis. Zigpoll, on the other hand, emphasizes ease of use, speed, and seamless integration with the Shopify ecosystem, particularly for post-purchase surveys and abandoned checkout recovery. The drastically different number of reviews suggests vastly different user bases; Zigpoll has a significant user base indicating substantial experience and community feedback, whereas Pulse NPS is relatively new to the Shopify app store or focuses on a smaller, perhaps more specialized user base. The key difference lies in the breadth of channels supported and the sophistication of analysis. Pulse NPS seems geared toward larger businesses needing a comprehensive customer experience platform capable of handling feedback across diverse touchpoints and leveraging NLP for in-depth insights. Zigpoll's strength lies in its user-friendliness and focus on optimizing key conversion points within the online store, making it suitable for smaller to medium-sized businesses seeking a simpler yet effective survey solution. While both apps feature AI, the focus differs: Pulse NPS uses NLP for proactive issue detection, while Zigpoll uses AI for more general analytics to optimize business and marketing strategies.

Our Verdict
For larger businesses with complex operations needing to manage customer experience across multiple channels, including in-store and mobile apps, Pulse NPS, Surveys & Feedback offers a more robust and comprehensive solution. Its NLP capabilities for proactive issue detection could be particularly valuable. However, the lack of reviews suggests a need for more caution and thorough evaluation.
For smaller to medium-sized e-commerce businesses primarily focused on optimizing their online store and improving conversion rates, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is likely the better choice. Its ease of use, seamless Shopify integration, and strong user base make it a reliable and efficient solution for gathering customer feedback and recovering abandoned checkouts.
