Our Verdict
Given the available data, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the clear frontrunner. Its strong user reviews, comprehensive feature set, and emphasis on ease of use make it a compelling choice for Shopify merchants of all sizes who want to actively gather customer feedback and leverage AI insights to improve their business. The lack of information and user feedback for Quest Surveys & Feedback makes it a risky choice, particularly for merchants seeking a reliable and well-supported survey solution.
However, adventurous merchants with limited needs and technical expertise might consider experimenting with Quest Surveys & Feedback if they are willing to accept the risk of potential bugs or lack of support in exchange for potentially discovering a hidden gem. But, for the vast majority of Shopify users looking for a proven and effective survey app, Zigpoll is the recommended choice based on the available information.
