Quick Quote vs Wholesale GOAT: B2B Pricingfor Shopify (2026)
Quick Quote and Wholesale GOAT: B2B Pricing both aim to enhance pricing strategies on Shopify, but they cater to distinct needs. Quick Quote focuses on individual, customizable quote requests initiated by customers directly from the cart. It streamlines the process of negotiating prices on a case-by-case basis, offering a personalized experience. Wholesale GOAT: B2B Pricing, on the other hand, targets merchants operating with wholesale or B2B models, providing tools to manage tiered pricing, customer groups, and onboarding processes. The primary distinction lies in their approach to pricing. Quick Quote facilitates dynamic pricing negotiation with individual customers, enabling discounts and commenting on quotes. Wholesale GOAT offers static, yet customizable, pricing structures for different customer segments, including volume discounts and tailored price lists. Therefore, Quick Quote prioritizes personalized, individual interactions, while Wholesale GOAT emphasizes structured pricing and wholesale program management. The review count discrepancies also suggest that Quick Quote has been around longer and has a larger user base, which can factor into a merchant's comfort level when choosing an app.

Our Verdict
For merchants needing a straightforward way to handle individual quote requests and negotiate pricing with customers on a per-order basis, Quick Quote is the better option. Its focus on custom quote submissions, email notifications, and quote status tracking makes it ideal for businesses with products or services requiring personalized pricing.
However, if your business primarily operates on a wholesale or B2B model, or you have tiered pricing structures and a need to manage customer groups, Wholesale GOAT: B2B Pricing is the more suitable choice. Its advanced features for wholesale price lists, volume discounts, custom forms, and customer onboarding provide a comprehensive solution for managing B2B sales. The lower review count of Wholesale GOAT: B2B Pricing compared to Quick Quote doesn't necessarily mean its inferior, it may just be newer or cater to a smaller market segment.
