Our Verdict
The choice between QuickBooks Desktop Sync and Simple Affiliate hinges entirely on the merchant's primary need. If the business is already using QuickBooks Desktop and seeks to automate their accounting processes and eliminate manual data entry, QuickBooks Desktop Sync is the clear winner. However, if the primary goal is to expand reach and boost sales through affiliate marketing programs, Simple Affiliate provides a comprehensive platform to manage affiliates, track performance, and automate payouts. A merchant could potentially use both apps if they have both of those separate requirements. However, if a choice must be made it will depend on the merchant's most pressing need at that specific time.
