Our Verdict
Given the substantial difference in user ratings and reviews, Zigpoll Customer Surveys currently appears to be a much more reliable and established solution. For merchants primarily focused on gathering in-depth customer feedback across various touchpoints and leveraging AI-powered analytics to optimize their business, Zigpoll is the clear choice. It offers a comprehensive and feature-rich platform supported by a strong user base.
However, Quizive: Quiz & Giveaways could be a viable option for merchants specifically looking to implement interactive quizzes and giveaways as a primary strategy for lead generation and product discovery, provided they are willing to take a risk on a newer app without established user reviews. If engagement and funnels are your priority, Quizive *might* be worth exploring, but only after conducting thorough research and potentially contacting the developers for more information. At this moment Zigpoll would be the recommendation given the data provided.
