Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the safer and more feature-rich choice. Its high rating, numerous positive reviews, and comprehensive survey options provide a solid foundation for gathering customer feedback and optimizing business processes. Its integration with Shopify's dashboards and advanced post-purchase survey capabilities are significant advantages. RateUp might appeal to merchants specifically targeting WhatsApp as their primary survey channel and those primarily interested in AI-powered review summaries. However, the lack of reviews makes it a risky choice unless the merchant is comfortable being an early adopter and potentially facing unforeseen issues. RateUp needs to build trust and demonstrate its value proposition before it can compete effectively with Zigpoll.
