Rave: Referral, Affiliate, UGC vs Toki Loyalty Program & Rewardsfor Shopify (2026)
Rave: Referral, Affiliate, UGC and Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards both aim to enhance customer loyalty and drive sales through various incentive programs. However, they approach this goal with distinct focuses. Rave emphasizes cash and free item rewards, aiming for quick setup and streamlined management of referral, affiliate, and UGC campaigns. It seems geared towards merchants who want to rapidly implement engaging and visually appealing (implied by the UGC focus) incentive programs without extensive customization. The 'gamified and ladder based' feature suggests a strong focus on user engagement through tiered rewards. Toki, on the other hand, positions itself as an 'all-in-one loyalty platform,' offering a broader range of loyalty program options, including points-based systems, VIP tiers, and paid memberships. Its strength lies in its comprehensive features and focus on building deeper customer connections over the long term. The emphasis on 'real-time analytics' and 'clear, real-time analytics' indicate it's suitable for merchants who want data-driven insights into their loyalty programs. While both have referral capabilities, Toki extends to social engagement, surveys, and membership options, appealing to businesses seeking a full-fledged loyalty ecosystem. The FREE LIVE SUPPORT & ONBOARDING gives Toki a significant boost for merchants who prioritize support and ease of integration.
