Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive, hands-off SMS marketing solution with personalized AI capabilities and dedicated support, Recart is the stronger choice. Its fully-managed service addresses the complexity of effective SMS marketing. However, for merchants primarily concerned with recovering abandoned carts and prefer a simpler, self-service approach, SMSGo provides a straightforward solution. SMSGo is likely more cost-effective for smaller stores or those with limited SMS marketing experience. Recart is geared towards businesses willing to invest more for a higher level of support and advanced features.
