Our Verdict
Recomatic Related Products is the better choice for merchants who already have a decent flow of traffic and want to increase the average order value by strategically placing related product recommendations. Its established track record, positive reviews, and focus on data-driven recommendations make it a relatively safe and effective option. Sauja AI Chat & Product Search, on the other hand, is more suitable for merchants struggling with product discoverability. The AI chat interface offers a modern shopping experience, but its lack of reviews and unproven performance make it a higher-risk investment. If you are offering a diverse product catalog or have issues with customers using your store's search, then Sauja might be worth the gamble. However, starting with Recomatic is probably the safer choice for most merchants.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Recomatic Related Products appears easier to set up due to its theme editor integration and emphasis on easy installation. Sauja AI Chat requires backend tailoring of its design and responsiveness, which may involve a slightly steeper learning curve.
Which app is better for a store with limited product data?
Sauja AI Chat might be better for a store with limited product data, as it relies more on AI-driven understanding of product queries than on historical sales data. Recomatic relies on sales data to fine-tune recommendations and won't be as effective if there isn't much history to go on.
Which app provides more detailed analytics?
Recomatic Related Products explicitly mentions detailed reporting and conversion data. Sauja AI Chat's description focuses more on the user experience and backend customization without specific reference to advanced analytics.
Which app is better suited for mobile shoppers?
Sauja AI Chat & Product Search emphasizes a large product display making it easier to browse. This may make it better suited for Mobile shoppers, if the 'responsiveness' that you can tailor is done well.
Which is currently the cheaper app?
Sauja AI Chat is currently free for all merchants due to a launch promotion, whereas Recomatic Related Products does not mention any similar promotion. However, this could change at any time.
