Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with increasing average order value and overall sales, Recomatic Related Products appears to be the stronger choice, given its proven track record evidenced by its high rating and numerous positive reviews. Its features focused on automated and customizable product recommendations, coupled with detailed conversion tracking, make it a valuable tool for driving sales.
Smart Synonym Search holds promise for merchants prioritizing an enhanced customer search experience. However, the lack of reviews and the 0/5 rating should raise concerns. It might suit merchants willing to take a risk on a newer app to potentially improve their search functionality. More information would be required to determine if it provides value to merchants at this time. If a store experiences many 'no results' from customer searches, this might be worth investigating, if there are known alternative names customers may use to search.
