Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing sales growth through affiliate marketing, Refersion is the clear choice. Its robust features and established user base make it a reliable option. However, merchants deeply invested in shaping their brand's representation within AI-driven shopping experiences, especially those who are forward-thinking and want to improve the customer experience in the growing AI space, would benefit more from Shopify Knowledge Base. While the review count is low, the app's focus on AI aligns with the evolving e-commerce landscape and provides a unique, albeit currently niche, value proposition.
