Our Verdict
Relocate+ Order Editor is ideally suited for merchants experiencing a high volume of post-purchase order change requests and are looking to offload some of the support burden onto their customers. The app shines if you want customers to easily modify variants, addresses, or cancel the entire order. ReplyDesk: AI Helpdesk is a better fit for larger operations that manage customer interactions across numerous sales channels and seek to leverage AI to optimize their customer service team's workflow. A store that sells across Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify would benefit from ReplyDesk, even if the initial rating is concerning.
