Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive solution to automate and manage returns and exchanges within their existing workflows, ReturnZap Returns & Exchanges is the stronger choice. Its focus on branded portals, policy enforcement, and automated labels offers a robust returns management system. The large number of reviews suggests a well-established and reliable app.
Trustway: Package Protection is better suited for merchants prioritizing peace of mind for their customers regarding package delivery. If package loss or damage is a frequent concern, especially for high-value items, Trustway can improve customer trust and reduce customer service inquiries. However, the very low number of reviews should prompt further investigation before committing to this app. Consider comparing it to alternatives offering similar functionality with a more established track record.
