Rewa: WhatsApp Product Reviews vs Whatsapp Marketing & Supportfor Shopify (2026)
Rewa: WhatsApp Product Reviews and Whatsapp Marketing & Support both aim to enhance the customer experience and drive sales through WhatsApp, but they approach this goal from different angles. Our Verdict
For merchants solely focused on leveraging WhatsApp reviews to build social proof and increase conversions on product pages, Rewa: WhatsApp Product Reviews is the more targeted solution. Its automated review requests and customizable display options provide a streamlined approach to collecting and showcasing customer feedback. However, for D2C brands seeking a comprehensive solution to drive WhatsApp commerce, automate customer support, and manage sales across multiple channels (including Instagram and Email), Whatsapp Marketing & Support offers a more robust and versatile platform. While Rewa has good functionality, its lower review count indicates a relatively new app, making Whatsapp Marketing & Support a more reliable solution for most.
