Our Verdict
For merchants seeking to revolutionize their gifting strategy beyond basic gift cards and integrate product gifting into their sales funnel, Ribbon | Gifting appears to be the stronger choice. Its focus on upselling, personalized experiences, and data analytics offers a comprehensive gifting solution with the potential for significant revenue growth. However, if a merchant primarily relies on gift card sales and simply wants to streamline the delivery process and improve the customer experience with gift card scheduling, ShopKeeper Gift Card Scheduler could be a viable option, assuming the lack of reviews is due to it being new and not reflective of underlying problems.
