Our Verdict
For merchants looking to directly boost product sales through gifting, introduce new customers to their brand via gifting, and track gift trends, Ribbon | Gifting presents a compelling solution. Its emphasis on product-specific gifting and upsell opportunities aligns well with this goal. However, the small number of reviews suggests the app is newer and more testing may be needed.
Swym Gift Lists and Registries is a better fit for merchants prioritizing shopper engagement and offering a platform for customers to curate and share wishlists for a wider variety of occasions. The integration with Shopify POS is a significant advantage for businesses with both online and physical stores. Its higher review count provides a greater level of confidence in its performance and reliability.
