Richpanel: AI Customer Support vs Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Botfor Shopify (2026)
Richpanel: AI Customer Support and Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot both aim to enhance customer support on Shopify stores using AI and chatbots, but they differ in their scope and focus. Richpanel positions itself as a comprehensive customer service platform designed to manage all channels (email, chat, social media, phone) from a single inbox, offering a self-service portal and AI-powered replies. Its strength lies in its multi-channel support and migration ease from various other platforms like Zendesk and Shopify Inbox. Verifast, on the other hand, although having a higher rating, seems to emphasize the AI Chatbot aspect more strongly, adding a sales bot component, but lacks detailed specifics on the other areas within a customer service platform. Richpanel targets merchants who require a complete, integrated customer service solution with multi-channel support and seamless migration from existing platforms. Its value proposition centers around cost reduction, ticket reduction, and customer delight through AI-driven automation. Verifast seemingly targets smaller merchants or those specifically needing AI-powered chatbots with sales capabilities, where deep channel integration is less critical, but a high rating and possibly rapid implementation are a priority. The smaller number of reviews may indicate a newer or more niche product. The difference hinges upon whether you require an entire customer service platform or a targeted chatbot solution.

Our Verdict
If your Shopify store needs a comprehensive customer service solution, including multi-channel support, easy migration, and self-service capabilities, Richpanel: AI Customer Support is the better choice. The white-glove migration service further enhances its appeal for established businesses transitioning from other platforms. However, if your primary focus is implementing an AI-powered chatbot with sales capabilities and the other features of Richpanel are not as important, and you prefer a higher-rated product with a potentially simpler implementation, Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot might be the more suitable option.
Ultimately, the decision depends on your specific needs and priorities. Merchants seeking a broader solution should choose Richpanel, while those solely focused on chatbot-driven sales and customer engagement might find Verifast more suitable. The relatively small sample of reviews for both apps suggests caution and a need for deeper research before committing to either platform.
