RQ ‑ WhatsApp Chat Button vs SH: WhatsApp Chat & Abandonedfor Shopify (2026)
RQ ‑ WhatsApp Chat Button and SH: WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned both aim to enhance customer communication and recover abandoned carts using WhatsApp. However, they present contrasting profiles. RQ ‑ WhatsApp Chat Button positions itself as a comprehensive WhatsApp marketing and support tool, emphasizing automated messaging for abandoned cart recovery, order updates, and review requests, along with a customizable chat button. Its strength lies in its marketing automation and customization capabilities. SH: WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned, while focused on chat and abandoned cart recovery, suffers from a critical disadvantage: a 0/5 rating despite having a higher number of reviews. Based on the available data, RQ ‑ WhatsApp Chat Button appears to target merchants looking for a robust WhatsApp marketing solution with advanced automation and customization options. Its feature set is more extensive and geared towards proactive customer engagement. Conversely, SH: WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned seems to focus on more basic chat and abandoned cart recovery functionality, but the extremely low rating significantly undermines its appeal. The large discrepancy in ratings and the lack of supporting information make it difficult to accurately assess SH: WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned's strengths beyond its stated focus.

Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, RQ ‑ WhatsApp Chat Button is the clear choice based on the provided data. Its perfect rating, coupled with a comprehensive feature set including automated marketing messages and a highly customizable chat button, offers significant value. It is suitable for merchants seeking a proactive and automated approach to customer communication and sales recovery.
SH: WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned's zero rating raises serious concerns about its usability, functionality, and overall quality. Unless significant improvements are made and reflected in updated reviews, it's difficult to recommend this app to any merchant, especially given the alternative's strong performance. It would only be considered if a merchant has specific needs not addressed by RQ ‑ WhatsApp Chat Button and is willing to accept considerable risk. Thorough due diligence would be absolutely essential.
