Our Verdict
The choice between RT: Smooth Scroll To Top and Trieve: AI Sales Associate hinges on the merchant's specific needs and priorities. If a store's theme lacks a 'scroll to top' function and the goal is to improve basic site usability, RT: Smooth Scroll To Top is a straightforward and cost-effective solution. Its ease of use makes it accessible to any Shopify merchant.
However, if the priority is to leverage AI to personalize the shopping experience, boost conversions, and alleviate customer support demands, Trieve: AI Sales Associate is the superior option. It offers a more comprehensive and sophisticated approach to enhancing the customer journey, albeit potentially requiring more initial investment and trust in AI-driven results. The low number of reviews might warrant further investigation of the app's performance and support responsiveness.
