Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with high bounce rates due to lengthy product descriptions or needing to improve the user experience on content-heavy pages, RT: Smooth Scroll To Top is the clear choice. Its single-minded focus on improving navigation makes it ideal for addressing specific usability issues. However, if the primary goal is to increase brand visibility and drive traffic from social media, Zotabox Social Sharing Buttons is the superior option. The app's extensive platform support and customization options offer a robust toolkit for growing a social media presence.
Essentially, RT is for improving on-site usability and Zotabox is for extending off-site reach via social channels. Merchants should consider their specific needs and prioritize accordingly. If a store already has robust social media engagement, RT might be the more beneficial investment. Conversely, if a store lacks a strong social presence, Zotabox offers a more direct path to growth.
