SBK Influencer Affiliate Hub vs Toki Loyalty Program & Rewardsfor Shopify (2026)
SBK Influencer Affiliate Hub and Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards both aim to enhance customer engagement and sales, but they approach it from different angles. SBK Influencer Affiliate Hub, while boasting a perfect rating, suffers from extremely limited data points (2 reviews). It focuses specifically on influencer affiliate marketing, suggesting a solution for merchants heavily reliant on or planning to leverage influencer partnerships. In contrast, Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards, despite the same 5/5 rating, is supported by a much larger review base (66 reviews), indicating broader user adoption and potentially more robust functionality. Toki is positioned as an all-in-one loyalty solution, encompassing rewards, referrals, memberships, and even POS integration, thus catering to a wider range of loyalty-building strategies. Toki offers a broader feature set aimed at overall customer retention and loyalty. This includes customizable loyalty programs based on purchases, social engagement, UGC, and surveys, along with VIP tiers and flexible referral programs. The inclusion of paid memberships with varied plans and detailed analytics further emphasizes its comprehensive approach. SBK Influencer Affiliate Hub, based on available information, likely specializes in managing and tracking influencer-driven sales and may lack the broader loyalty program features offered by Toki. The availability of 'FREE LIVE SUPPORT & ONBOARDING' with Toki suggests a commitment to user ease of use and successful program implementation, a detail missing from the SBK Influencer Affiliate Hub's description.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants in 2026, Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards appears to be the stronger choice for those looking to implement a comprehensive loyalty program. Its extensive feature set, supported by a significantly larger user base, makes it a more reliable option. The free live support and onboarding further solidify its position as a user-friendly and valuable solution. However, if a merchant's primary focus is solely on leveraging influencer partnerships and needs a dedicated tool for that purpose, and they are willing to take a chance on an app with limited reviews, SBK Influencer Affiliate Hub *might* be worth exploring (though the low review count makes it a risky bet).
Given the data, Toki is recommended for most merchants due to its broader capabilities and established user base. SBK Influencer Affiliate Hub might only be considered if a merchant's influencer strategy is hyper-specific and they are comfortable with the inherent risk of selecting an app with minimal validation.
