Scala Parcelamento Installment vs Sezzle Widgetfor Shopify (2026)
Scala Parcelamento Installment and Sezzle Widget both aim to increase sales by displaying installment payment options on Shopify stores. However, they differ significantly in their scope and functionality. Scala Parcelamento Installment focuses on being a highly customizable and broadly compatible solution, displaying installment options for various 'buy now pay later' services including Klarna, Mercado Pago parcelamento, GrabPay, Atome, and Paypal, and boasting compatibility with 135 currencies and all themes. It prioritizes visual customization and speed without modifying theme files directly. It’s important to note that Scala Parcelamento Installment does not process transactions directly. Sezzle Widget, on the other hand, is specifically designed to promote the Sezzle BNPL service itself, and is limited to US and Canadian shoppers. Sezzle Widget differentiates itself by offering a dynamic widget that adapts to product and cart values and showcasing both 'Buy Now Pay Later' and longer-term financing options. This caters to customers looking specifically for Sezzle payment plans. The lower rating and review count compared to Scala Parcelamento Installment suggest a less universally positive experience or perhaps a more targeted audience already familiar with Sezzle. Therefore, merchant needs are paramount when choosing between these two options.
