Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing powerful automation and already invested in the Klaviyo, Segment, or HubSpot ecosystem, Scope Post Purchase Survey offers a compelling, albeit less-proven, solution. Its focus on post-purchase surveys allows for targeted data collection and actionable insights, although the low number of reviews should be considered.
Zigpoll Customer Surveys, with its vast array of survey types, robust AI analytics, and numerous positive reviews, is the better choice for merchants seeking a more comprehensive and established survey platform. Its multilingual support and abandoned cart recovery feature further enhance its value, making it a strong contender for businesses of all sizes looking to gain a deep understanding of their customers across multiple touchpoints.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Both apps claim to offer no-code setup. However, Zigpoll's description emphasizes "seconds" implying it might be slightly faster initially. Scope focuses on advanced workflow integration using Shopify flow which may add complexity depending on the user's experience with that platform.
Which app offers more advanced analytics?
While both apps offer analytics, Zigpoll specifically mentions "AI analytics", suggesting a more sophisticated analytical approach compared to Scope's "data analytics" which, while powerful, sounds more traditional.
Which app is better for international businesses?
Zigpoll explicitly mentions multilingual support, making it the better choice for businesses operating in multiple languages. Scope does not mention this functionality.
Which app is better for abandoned cart recovery?
Zigpoll directly states that they offer 'Abandoned checkout campaigns' while Scope does not, giving Zigpoll the edge in this scenario.
Which app provides better value given its price (assuming both apps are similarly priced)?
Assuming similar pricing and given the wide range of features, higher number of reviews, and AI capabilities, Zigpoll likely offers better overall value. Scope may offer better value for a merchant only needing a specific post purchase survey with Shopify Flow automation.
