Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with improving the visual browsing experience on collection pages, especially those with extensive product catalogs, ScrollerPro ‑ Infinite Scroll offers a focused solution. Its infinite scroll and customizable scroll bar features are specifically designed to enhance engagement and keep customers browsing longer. However, if the priority is to enhance overall product discoverability through advanced search and filtering capabilities, Wizzy AI Search & Filter is the superior choice. Its AI-powered search, dynamic filters, and features like synonym support and typo correction will significantly improve the customer's ability to find what they're looking for and increase conversion rates.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
According to the app descriptions, ScrollerPro emphasizes its quick setup, while Wizzy focuses on maintaining the store's page insight score during implementation. However, without direct testing, it's difficult to definitively say which is easier, but the claim of 'quick setup' suggests ScrollerPro might offer a simpler initial configuration.
Which app is better for SEO?
Wizzy AI Search & Filter indirectly benefits SEO by improving product discoverability and potentially reducing bounce rates from unsuccessful searches. ScrollerPro's infinite scroll could potentially impact SEO if not implemented correctly due to page loading concerns. Wizzy appears to offer more direct benefits to SEO through improved search experience.
Does either app offer A/B testing?
Neither app description explicitly mentions A/B testing capabilities. This would be a point to clarify with the app developers before making a decision if A/B testing is a critical requirement.
Which app has better customer support?
ScrollerPro highlights its 24/7 live chat support. Wizzy does not explicitly mention support hours or methods in its description, giving ScrollerPro a potential advantage in this area assuming the claims of 24/7 support are accurate.
Which app is more likely to increase sales?
Both apps aim to increase sales, but through different means. ScrollerPro aims to do so by enhancing product browsing and keeping customers engaged longer on collection pages. Wizzy aims to increase sales by making it easier for customers to find what they're looking for and improving the overall search experience, ultimately leading to higher conversion rates. The best choice depends on which aspect of the customer journey you want to optimize.
