Our Verdict
Choosing between Scrolly and Visely depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs. If the primary goal is to enhance the aesthetic appeal and ease of navigation on long pages with a simple, easily implemented feature, Scrolly is the clear choice. It's a quick win for improving user experience. However, if the store struggles with product discovery, particularly due to a large or complex catalog, Visely offers a robust solution with its advanced search, filtering, and recommendation capabilities. While Visely may require more setup and integration effort, the potential return on investment in terms of increased sales and improved customer satisfaction is significant. In short, Scrolly is a usability enhancement, while Visely is a conversion optimization tool.
For newer stores with smaller catalogs, Scrolly would be appropriate, however, as they scale, the need for a solution like Visely becomes more relevant.
