Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a highly customized user experience, especially those with large catalogs and international/business clientele who value personalized recommendations, Search & Discovery ‑ Visely is a strong contender. Its white-glove service suggests a hands-on approach to integration and tailoring the search experience. However, the lower number of reviews should be considered. For merchants seeking a quicker, more out-of-the-box solution with voice search, comprehensive site search across various content types, and a focus on onboarding support, Search7: Smart Search & Filter appears to be a better fit. Consider that both apps have positive reviews but that one has significantly more, which provides slightly more certainty. If extensive non-product content needs to be included in the search results, Search7 appears more suited.
