Our Verdict
For merchants with large catalogs and a desire for precise control over search results, Search & Discovery - Visely offers a robust set of features to fine-tune product discoverability. The 'white-glove' service can be advantageous for merchants requiring help with theme integration. However, the greater number of reviews should be considered, as the product is likely more developed.
For merchants prioritizing a modern, AI-driven shopping experience that requires minimal manual configuration, Trieve: AI Sales Associate provides an intriguing alternative. Its AI assistant is designed to personalize product search and resolve customer questions automatically. Merchants comfortable with relying on AI for product discovery and support will likely find Trieve appealing. However, the small number of reviews could indicate a newer product with less established performance.
